At this point we may connect you with one of our trusted architects who can draw up your plans based on your requirements.
Plans and Pricing
As soon as you have a set of working drawings, we can price these for you and present you with a quote along with a detailed scope of works so you know exactly what has been included in your price.
To go from this stage to the next can be a lengthy process and rightly so – it is important to spend the time to ensure that every aspect of your build has been planned precisely.
Lock it in with a Contract
To proceed, a contract detailing all the specific terms and conditions for your project will be sent to you for signing. An initial deposit is required to confirm a start date.
All Systems are GO!
Once the signed contract & deposit is received, we can start confirming all necessary bookings with our subcontractors and suppliers to get things underway.
Start date: site secured, hazards identified, on-site inductions, tools out and away we go!
Keeping you in the Loop
You will receive regular communication from the team throughout your project with updates and progress reports on a fortnightly basis.
Your Dream Home is Ready - Enjoy!
Before we do a final handover we’ll meet with you in your new home and do a final walk through to make sure you are 100% thrilled with the results.
We will also follow through and ensure that you have received your code of compliance from the council as well as all of the product/workmanship guarantees relevant to your project.
