He surveyed the site, providing invaluable insights into build feasibility, and crafted initial concept plans to maximize the unique landscape and sunlight. Addressing the daunting access challenge, extensive civil works were undertaken to create a viable road and ensure robust drainage in flood-prone areas. Riki’s client-centric plans, tailored to a growing family and business, were then refined by local architect for council approval.
